Led by a call to action, Eboni is a management professional with a background in non-profit administration, program operations, partnerships, advocacy, and workforce development. She has spent the last decade working with public land management agencies on youth programs, DEI programming and facilitation, community and community engagement, recruitment, and inclusive hiring practices.
Eboni serves as a board member for the Appalachian Trail Conservancy, Next 100 Coalition, Association for Outdoor Recreation and Education, and the Georgia Conservation Voters Education Fund. She holds a BA from Duke University, an MSW from Columbia University, an MBA and MPA from Kennesaw State University, a certificate in business analytics from the Wharton School, and a PhD in public policy from Southern University and A&M College. In her free time, Eboni is an avid hiker, reader, and CrossFit enthusiast.
