Welcome, interns, to the Career and Leadership Workshop! This workshop is an integral part of your internship program, providing a week-long opportunity to enhance your exposure to many career fields and their leadership skills. You and other interns will showcase the results of your summer projects through both formal and informal presentations. You will also engage with professionals in their fields through panel discussions, developmental sessions, and various activities. Additionally, the workshop is crucial for evaluating the program experience to identify successes and areas for improvement in the future.
